TheBeautyEspacio offers refund ONLY for damaged or lost goods. We would NEVER ship out damaged goods to you. This only happens in transit as a result of the courier/delivery system.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately you receive your package by calling +2347082711898

Before you contact us, please: Make sure you check your items AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY/PICK-UP. If there is any damage done, indicate to the courier service. You will be contacted by our team, and will give you details of your refund.
Please note that REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF THESE STEPS ARE FOLLOWED.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
